Job Role & Responsibility: Design and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Create content calendars for the month targeting specific audiences. Develop, curate, and post high-quality, engaging content, including posts, articles, and multimedia assets. Optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement on LinkedIn. Optimize Client / company profiles to improve visibility, credibility, and searchability. Ensure profiles align with brand identity and industry standards. Build and nurture relationships with LinkedIn followers, groups, and industry professionals. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries. Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Stay updated on LinkedIn’s algorithm changes, features, and industry trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a LinkedIn Specialist or similar role in the digital marketing industry. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, advertising tools, and analytics. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hootsuite, or HubSpot. Experience in managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in LinkedIn Marketing or Digital Marketing are advantageous.
