Job Summery:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on the education sector. The role requires a clear and confident mindset, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and a proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.

Job Role & Responsibility:

1. Identify Prospects
○ Research and identify potential clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.
○ Maintain a database of leads and prospects.

2. Outreach
○ Initiate contact through calls, emails, social media and walk-ins.
○ Set up introductory meetings to understand client needs.

3. Proposals
○ Create suitable marketing strategies, tailored to the client’s needs
○ Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals.

4. Pitch Services
○ Present our digital marketing strategies clearly and effectively.
○ Customize the pitch to match client requirements.

5. Follow-Up
○ Regularly follow up with prospects.
○ Send reminders, proposals and respond to client questions promptly.

6. Closing Deals
○ Negotiate terms and close contracts.
○ Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication ski ls, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to find solutions and overcome objections.
  • Skilled in discussing terms and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
