Job Role & Responsibility:
- Design and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create content calendars for the month targeting specific audiences.
- Develop, curate, and post high-quality, engaging content, including posts, articles, and multimedia assets.
- Optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement on LinkedIn.
- Optimize Client / company profiles to improve visibility, credibility, and searchability.
- Ensure profiles align with brand identity and industry standards.
- Build and nurture relationships with LinkedIn followers, groups, and industry professionals.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn’s algorithm changes, features, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Specialist or similar role in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
- Experience in managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in LinkedIn Marketing or Digital Marketing are advantageous.
- Familiarity with other social media platforms and cross-channel strategies is a plus.
