Job Role & Responsibility:
- Manage and mentor junior social media team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like SEO, email marketing, and design.
- Coordinate with influencers or agencies for collaborations and partnerships.
- Define and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and develop content tailored to their preferences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Ensure all content complies with legal, ethical, and copyright standards.
- Plan and approve content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and tone.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video producers for compelling content.
- Develop campaigns for product launches, promotions, or seasonal events.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, FB, YouTube).
- Handle crises or negative feedback diplomatically.
- Oversee engagement strategies, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Build and nurture online communities, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and reach target audiences effectively.
