    JOB OVERVIEW

    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, securing, and cultivating business relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies that drive new business growth and increase revenue.

    JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Identify, connect, and close potential Clients and new opportunities in your market.
    2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing Clients.
    3. Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
    4. Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
    6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
    7. Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress toward goals.
    8. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
    9. Consistently meet assigned monthly sales quota.
    10. Track and report your sales pipeline activity.
    11. Generate leads and cold calling prospective Customers.
    12. Develop opportunities in target markets with the support of marketing.
    13. Nurturing and developing relationships with key Customer accounts.
    14. Attending face-to-face meetings with existing Clients and new prospective Clients.
    15. Providing specialist advice on the products and/or services you’re selling.
    16. You’ll need to negotiate pricing with clients in line with internal guidelines. You’ll also need to keep your superiors updated on both your progress and timeline, providing them with accurate forecasting of anticipated sales.
    17. This being a sales role, you will be subject to sales and KPI targets; this is a crucial part of the role. With face-to-face Client meetings key, you’ll be expected to travel within and outside the city / outside the job location – although the extent to which this is the case will depend on where the Client is based.
    FUNCTIONAL (TECHNICAL / EXPERIENTIAL) SKILLS
    1. Experience of 2-4 years with a proven track record in sales and business development.
    2. Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media will be a PLUS.
    3. Experience in sales & business development with Real Estate, Media & Advertisement, Digital Marketing, Fintech, Edtech & Healthcare industries.
    4. Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.
    5. Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task.
    SOFT / OTHER SKILLS

    JOB FEATURES
    • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
    • Work Location: Hadapsar, Pune
    • Nature of assignments shall call for exercising one’s flexibility for stretching beyond the normal working hours as and when required.
    • Six days working per week with 11:00 am – 8:00 pm format with 01 hour of Lunch Break.
    • No provision for WFH or Remote Working Mode.
    • Candidates currently residing in Pune / PCMC shall be preferred.
    • Remuneration & Other Benefits: Hike on Current CTC (if currently employed), Paid Leaves, Paid Sick Leaves, Retiral Benefits, Maternity Benefits, Annual Performance Appraisal for Confirmed Employees, etc., on confirmation on the payroll.
